Reach our global network of nonspeakers at our flagship S2C Motormorphosis Conference. During the two-day general conference, you’ll be able to sell merchandise or share information about your organization or product with the spellerverse and the entire I-ASC community.

We only have a limited number of Vendor spaces available, so don’t wait!

Vendor Application

Vendors must apply by the above deadline or until vendor spaces are filled. Spaces are filled on a first come – first serve basis. You will be notified of your vendor approval or refusal via Email. Past vendor acceptance does NOT guarantee an acceptance for future conferences. We reserve the right to refuse any application. Vendors must be present in their booth, before and after the conference and during all breaks. Ticket holders may attend sessions.

Vendor FAQ's

Are there any vendor booths still available?

Yes!

Are you allowed to sell or give away food?

No, unfortunately, we are not allowed to bring in any outside food items or have other vendors that sell food items.

What payment options are available?

Visa, MC, Discover, Debit, Amex, and check.

Do you provide any table coverings, drapes, or dividers?

It is recommended to bring your own however, the hotel will provide a solid color table cover that you are free to use. All materials used must be flameproof.

Are balloons allowed?

Helium balloons can be used, but only if they are attached securely to your booth. Please be aware that some attendees are very sensitive to loud noises; therefore, balloons may not be handed out to anyone attending the conference, as popping them can be too much of a temptation.

Am I allowed to put things in front of my booth that may go into the isle a little?

All booth amenities must be within the allotted space (nothing in the aisles) unless pre-approved. Anything deemed unsafe (such as tripping hazards) in the opinion of the I-ASC staff will be required to be adjusted or removed.

When is set up and take down?

Vendor tables must be set up August 1, 2026 before the conference begins. Official time will be provided closer to the conference date. We do not recommend leaving merchandise or anything valuable set up overnight. Vendors can either remove their items and take them, or items can be locked in a separate space at the end of the day.

Is there a place to park trailers or big trucks carrying booth items?

There is plenty of parking in the hotel garage and throughout the Reston Town Center area.

Unloading: The hotel has a set of elevators to the second floor from the front lobby or, if you have large items, we can arrange for a staff member to meet you at the second floor loading doc in the garage.

If you need to arrange for second floor loading dock access, please let us know.

What happens if I have to cancel my vendor booth?

If you need to cancel your vendor booth, notification of cancellation must be received at least 21 days prior to the first day of the conference. You will receive a refund minus a non-refundable cancellation fee of $25.00. If you plan to still come to the conference as a general attendee, you must purchase a new ticket.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations after July 10th, 2026. To cancel your vendor booth, please contact info@i-asc.org.

Check-In and Setup is July 22nd and July 23rd by 8 AM, conference hours are 8:30 AM- 5 PM. We ask you to have your booth open and ready at those times, unless prior arrangements have been made with I-ASC.

You or a representative must be present at your table before the first daily morning kickoff or session, during all breaks, and after the last daily session. You may use your complementary ticket to join the conference during sessions.

Use of Space: All demonstrations, promotional material, or activities must be confined to the limits of the exhibit booth. Anything in your booth deemed unsafe in the opinion of I-ASC employees or its representatives must be adjusted or removed. Ex: tripping hazards

Security: The vendor is solely responsible for their own exhibit material and should insure against loss or damage. I-ASC is not responsible for such loss or damage. Please secure all items of value. All property of the vendor is understood to remain in their care, custody and control in transit to and from, and within the confines of the exhibit area.

If you need to cancel your vendor booth, notification of cancellation must be received seven days prior to the first day of the conference. You will receive a refund minus a non-refundable cancellation fee of $25.00. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the 7th day prior to the first day of the conference.

Thank you for becoming a Motormorphosis Vendor! Selected vendors will receive an acceptance email and an invoice for their booth fee. Once the invoice is paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our website and social media.
