I-ASC’s partnership with BeMe AI is designed to empower nonspeakers and their support networks through meaningful insight and data-driven understanding.

The I-ASC S2C Data Platform Powered by BeMe is a cloud-based platform that provides S2C program support for practitioners and their individual families. It provides an environment for practitioners to manage all the aspects of delivering, measuring, and planning for their S2C programs with their clients. The I-ASC environment provides straightforward tools for capturing session information and preparing for future sessions. It also has a library of modules to establish and capture baseline information, assessments and track milestone achievement.

A full suite of reports and insight tools enable practitioners to review and share S2C program goals, results, and achievements with families. All the S2C information is shared between practitioners and families in a 2-way environment.

How does the I-ASC S2C Data Platform powered by BeMe work?

There are two main components.

The administration component is a practitioner administration portal. This provides an environment for practitioners to connect families to the solution. It allows practitioners to assign licenses to families in their practice. It also allows for the ongoing management of the platform, adding/changing client families and purchasing additional licenses.

The second component is the Home page. This provides centralized access to all the modules available within the platform, including the S2C and BeMe modules.

It provides platform capabilities such as general reporting, insight reports, notifications, conversations, and knowledge center; all accessed from this central location.

How can I access the I-ASC S2C Data Platform?

The I-ASC S2C Data Platform is available by subscription for Certified S2C Practitioners and their clients.

Who can access the S2C program information?

This data platform is designed to support practitioners, as well as their clients and families.

The practitioner administration license provides access to the practitioner administration portal to manage access for their clients and families. Practitioners also have access to the S2C modules to submit program details and review reports.

The client/family license provides access for families to participate in the S2C program by tracking home sessions, and reviewing all the information provided by practitioners, including S2C sessions, assessments, milestones, and metrics.

How do I share a family across multiple practitioners?

What are the components of the BeMe Health and Wellness solution?

BeMe is designed to enhance the daily care and provide a holistic overview of an individual’s wellbeing. BeMe provides a central ecosystem to collect, track, and monitor important health and well-being factors. Straightforward, simple data entry covers 13 important elements, such as sleep, nutrition, behavior, bio, etc. Families that access BeMe can share access to an unlimited range of caregivers, including clinicians, therapists, medical experts; virtually anyone involved in the person's care. The data is transformed into reports and analytics that help identify and understand the impact and correlation across all the daily care elements, actionable by all users on the care team.

What S2C Reports are available?

All information captured by the solution is available for reporting. Each module has a default report that lists the detailed information captured for each session. All reports are downloadable into a CSV or PDF format.

Insight reports are designed to provide insight into correlations between different aspects of the S2C program, as well as correlations between health and wellness and S2C results.
